gabcake-publisher ("the Software") is a private, self-hosted instance of the open-source application Postiz. It runs on a personal computer owned and operated by one individual ("the Operator") and is used solely to schedule and publish the Operator's own video content to the Operator's own social media accounts.
The Software is operated for the Operator's personal use only. It is not offered to the public, accounts cannot be created by anyone else, and no third party is invited or permitted to use it. There are no customers, subscribers, or end users other than the Operator.
All content published through the Software is created or owned by the Operator, who is solely responsible for it. The Operator does not publish content on behalf of anyone else, and does not accept content submissions from third parties.
The Software connects to third-party platforms, including TikTok, using each platform's official API and the Operator's own authorized account. Use of those platforms is additionally governed by their own terms of service and community guidelines, which the Operator agrees to follow. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
Content is reviewed and approved by the Operator before it is published. The Software is not used to post spam, to post content in bulk, to operate multiple or inauthentic accounts, or to artificially inflate engagement.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is personal-use software and no guarantee of availability, reliability, or fitness for any purpose is made.
These terms may be updated as the Software changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
